Aline is a Houston-based yoga teacher, sound healer, and facilitator of Women’s Circles whose work reflects a deep commitment to holistic wellness and meaningful connection. With over a decade of experience, she brings both expertise and compassion to every space she holds, aligning beautifully with the intentional care and elevated experience of Beauty Bungalow Heights.
Her journey into wellness began in 2010 during a visit to Austin, Texas, when a single yoga class became a turning point offering not only physical renewal, but a profound sense of clarity and reconnection. At a time when she was balancing the responsibilities of motherhood and marriage while feeling disconnected from herself, yoga became a pathway back to grounding and inner alignment. Inspired by its transformative impact, she completed her first yoga teacher training in 2011.
Since then, Aline has guided more than 10,000 hours of practice across a range of modalities, including yin yoga, yoga nidra (iRest), stand-up paddleboard yoga, and vinyasa flow. Her teaching is rooted in creating accessible, restorative, and empowering experiences for every individual. She currently shares her practice at several private country clubs throughout Houston.
In addition to her yoga offerings, Aline is a certified sound bath practitioner, curating immersive healing experiences using a 32” Saturn gong, crystal quartz singing bowls, and water-based instruments. Her sessions are designed to promote deep relaxation, energetic balance, and a sense of inner calm an ideal complement to the rejuvenating services offered at Beauty Bungalow Heights.
Aline also facilitates monthly Women’s Circles in Houston in partnership with the Innate Wisdom Circle Project in Sedona, Arizona. These gatherings provide a safe and nurturing space for women to share, connect, and support one another through life’s transitions, fostering a sense of community and collective healing.
She holds a 500-hour E-RYT certification, is a Reiki Master, and remains a dedicated student of functional yoga anatomy continually deepening her knowledge to better serve her clients.
Beyond her professional work, Aline’s life is grounded in family. As a wife and mother of three, she draws strength and perspective from her personal journey especially through her firstborn, who lives with multiple disabilities, including cerebral palsy. This experience has profoundly shaped her understanding of resilience, patience, and unconditional love. Her daughter is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, and her youngest son is currently studying Communications at the University of North Texas.
Aline’s presence is both calming and empowering, offering a heartfelt approach to wellness that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit..(Click image to book)
