Massage & Reflexology

  • Every massage is therapeutic and customized to each client's needs. Aspects of relaxation, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic drainage, and medical massage modalities can be married into a session to address each individual's concerns.

  • Massage can help reduce stress, improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, promote relaxation, enhance flexibility, and support overall wellness.

  • We offer 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions.

  • Not at all! Undress to your comfort level. You will be professionally draped with a sheet, exposing only the area being worked on.

  • Absolutely. Please let your therapist know your preferences at any time during the session.

  • A: It depends on your what you'relooking to achieve. Once a every 4-6 weeks is a standard goal. Weekly or every other week is also not uncommon while addressing chronic issues and stress.

  • It usually is, but of course, consult your doctor before making your appointment. Prenatal massage will not be performed during the first trimester, out of safety precautions.

  • Reflexology is a therapeutic method involving pressure on specific points of the feet, hands, or ears that correspond to different organs and systems of the body.

    Using the practice of the European method where a light touch is used to caterpillar across foot. Most people are familiar with Asian reflexology which is heavy handed.

    Sessions are not reflexology only.

  • It's not a massage at all. While massage is incorporated to encourage a sense of relaxation and awakening prior and post session; reflexology traces the systems to target areas throughout the body that need to be adressed.

    This reflexology is usually very relaxing and never uncomfortable due to the light touch used.

    Massage uses controlled pressure to work out physical tension and can be uncomfortable.

    Both promote healing and balance in the body and mind.

  • Reflexology may help reduce stress, alleviate headaches, improve circulation, boost energy levels, and support immune function. I've had quite great feedback from clients with endometriosis and insomnia.

  • This reflexology utilizes a very light touch and therefore not painful. However sensations have been felt quite sttongly when certain areas of concern are reached. Always communicate with your therapist if you feel discomfort.
